  Although I have not personally used Dixon's, I have witnessed first-hand the incredibly poor service they provide. My friend needed a car to get to work from Wednesday through Friday, and so he made arrangements to pick up a car on Tuesday before closing. On Tuesday afternoon, he received an email from Dixon's saying that they had given his car to someone else and that he would now have to pick up the car on Wednesday morning at 8am, despite the fact that his work day starts at 6:30am. To our disbelief, when I went to drop my friend off at 8am on Wednesday morning, there was a sign on the door saying "gone until 9:30." Finally, he picked up his car later that day after missing out on a full day of pay. As we were justifiably dissatisfied with the service Dixon's provided up to this point, we left negative reviews on Facebook and Google. Unbelievably, after seeing these reviews, Dixon's called my friend and demanded he bring back the car immediately because he had slandered them on social media. Since my friend was intimidated by their threat of revoking the rental, we temporarily took down our reviews. Not only was this threat an attempted breach of contract, but it goes to show the absolute disrespect Dixon's shows their costumers. I urge everyone to seek out other rental options, as the hassle and disrespect you will receive from Dixon's is simply not worth it.
