    Returned a broken coffee maker bought at that store with no receipt, the owner was nice enough to say "pick out a new one at a comparable price". I am always surprised how much stock they have in a small store and competitive prices. If they don't have it they can order it in.

    Not sure how many people check this, the store will be opened up late today, Jan 13, for, I can not get out of my driveway. Plow is on its way so hopefully soon. Sorry for any inconvenience.

    So not helpful , sent to Home hardware for replacement belts for MTD snowblower , couldn’t be less interested in helping me here in Kemptville

    Some of the staff here are super helpful and nice. I had somebody helping me looking for a part, and we may have found one. They asked another employee that was sitting at a computer for help on how to find what the part was associated with, and the response was. "I don't know... look maybe?" and went back to their computer. A little harsh and made it very uncomfortable. The store is very disorganized, and it isn't clear what's open to the public and what isn't. Won't be back.
