  VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Arrived with friends a party of 8 to eat. Service was very slow, slow to have out order taken by the server. At this time the restaurant was not overly busy, certainly not busy enough to cause a 40 minute meal wait. At the hour mark of sitting down, we had what appeared to be the manager come and apologize about the wait. It would be coming out "shortly". 15 minutes later some food started trickling out, only to have fries COLD, and fish tacos COLD, burgers not the greatest as the bottom bun was soggy and was only warm. It was not sent back for fear of waiting for another hour for fries. At time to pay when it was mentioned the poor quality of food and to possibly get some form of discount, our server said she would speak to her manager. In response our option was to wait to speak to her or pay and be able to leave. Half of our party needed to leave. In staying to wait to pay, the manager then came out and offered two $10 off coupons for a party of 8!! In leaving we were pointed to the owner which unbeknownst to us was around our table enjoying the game with other patrons. His response when spoken to about a form of treatment or discount for poor services was "if he only knew". Even though his manager knew by looking at us that we were not pleased. Maybe being a little less involved in the game he would have heard our conversation going on right beside him.

  3 meals of chicken cordon bleu. Manager comes out to tell us that one burnt. Three come out with burnt tips and overly crispy coatings. We are fed a line about how their cooking strategy is not quite right with baking and deep frying. We were offered $10 off our next visit. Billing was supposed to be separate for the burnt meals. They refused to offer anything more and felt they were generous allowing us to use coupon this visit. We have had bad service/ food here before and that should have been the indication.
